Heidi Flory is a local artist and owner of She Shed Arts in Eaton, Ohio. She studied Art Education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Her favorite thing about being an artist is working with color, creating Dot Mandalas and helping others find their own art voice. Each class varies in price. Pre-registration is required.

You will be doing a variety of exercises, including chair exercises, using weights, standing; all which are designed for seniors. Working out can be hard, but when you do it as group, its much more fun and managable. Class is instructed by Holly Steele

Megan serves as the Crisis Therapist for Preble County with Samaritan Behavioral Health. She is a Licensed Social Worker and earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Ohio University. Megan can provide referrals for individual therapy or simply a listening ear. Anyone is welcome to come say hello.
