You will be doing a variety of exercises, including chair exercises, using weights, standing; all which are designed for seniors. Working out can be hard, but when you do it as group, its much more fun and managable. Class is instructed by Holly Steele
Megan serves as the Crisis Therapist for Preble County with Samaritan Behavioral Health. She is a Licensed Social Worker and earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Ohio University. Megan can provide referrals for individual therapy or simply a listening ear. Anyone is welcome to come say hello.
This group of women meet up to work on quilts together. Sometimes these ladies make a Quilt of Valor to give to a Veteran or a spouse of a Veteran. These chicks love getting together and working on project and socializing. Come and join them!
