To be eligible for our transportation services you must be a Preble County resident, and 60 years of age or better.  We travel within a 50 mile radius of Preble County.  Wheelchair transport is available, and one escort may ride with each participant.

Transportation is available for:

• chemotherapy
• Radiation Treatments
• Physical Therapy
• Dental Appointments
• Grocery Shopping
• Adult Day Services
• Additional Special Needs
